01Acceptance

By installing or using the K // Player app or this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app or site.

02What K // Player is

K // Player is a media player only. It does not include, host, control, or supply any channels, streams, or media. To watch anything you must add your own M3U or Xtream playlist. We are not affiliated with any content provider and do not endorse illegal sources.

03Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the playlists and sources you add and for complying with the laws in your region. Do not use unauthorized or illegal sources.

04Premium license

Premium is a one-time, personal, non-transferable license that unlocks application features for life. Your license key is delivered by email after purchase and may be activated on your own devices. Reselling or sharing keys is not permitted.

05Payments & refunds

Payments are processed securely by Shopify. Premium is a digital license. If something isn't working, contact us within 14 days and we'll help or provide a refund.

06Acceptable use

Don't reverse engineer the app, resell license keys, or use K // Player to break the law.

07Disclaimers

The app and site are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Content availability and quality depend entirely on the playlist provider you choose, not on us.

08Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Premium.

09Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
